Skateistan Fundraiser event - Leeds, January 26th. Updated info!
If you’re in a giving mood, fancy listening to some rad live music and pick up some handpainted decks from a variety of artists, you’ll be wanting to get involved with with the Skateistan Fundraiser which is taking place at Wharf Chambers, Leeds, on January 26th.
Doors are at 6:30pm with sets from Serious Sam Barrett, Dry Heaves and Salem Rages, and an auction/exhibition of one-off decks featuring artwork from the likes of Graham Watson, David Tyson, Helen Entwisle, Jenna Lee Alldread, Toby Walker, Jon Horner, Sami Grey, Freddie Denton, Sophie Barras and Jordan Pogger.The night will also feature a skate product raffle with prizes kindly donated by Thrashion, Get Busy Store, Welcome, Legacy, Drug Store and more.
Entry will set you back £5, with all proceeds from the event are going straight to the good folks at Skateistan. Please note that Wharf Chambers operate on a ‘members only/guests of members’ policy, so sign up in advance to avoid disappointment on the night. Membership costs £1 and can be obtained in advance from the Wharf Chambers website.
