Sunday Service: Mark Baines - Exclusive VHS Mixtape.

Ryan Gray Ryan Gray

The intro to Mark Baines’ “WORD” interview in the latest issue of the mag really does sum up Mark’s approach to skateboarding perfectly – he really has “been there, done that” in every sense; the vast archive of video parts, interviews, covers and all the rest is there for the world to see and stands testament to his sheer dedication to skating.

Over the years he’s had countless classic video parts, though, like a lot of people who came up through the mid to late 1990′s, a fair share of his equally as rad coverage appeared in montages, friends sections and on scene videos that were hard to get hold of, the majority of which aren’t instantly accessible online right now.
So, to coincide with the release of Mark’s interview, we’ve been rummaging around in the VHS archives and have pieced together another “VHS Mixtape” comprised of some of Mark’s finer moments from the late 90′s/early 00′s that might have otherwise slipped through the interweb cracks.

Without further ado, click on the first link below to involve yourself in just over three minutes worth or re-edited Baines dopeness from over the years, then check out the current mag for fourteen pages up-to-date bangers in print form…
