Yesterday afternoon saw a collection of heads from across the UK scene rock up to The Works, Leeds, for the annual Xmas Jam. Despite severe festive hangovers and a vast outnumbering by swarms of kids on micro-scooters, Josh Parr, Jake Collins, Joe Howard, John Bell, Alex Lally, Eddie Belvedere, Ben Rowles, Josh “Manhead” Young and others still managed to more than make use of the day.

Whilst the dust was settling from Saturdays street qualifiers at the UK Champs in Corby, the annual bowl jam kicked off in a suitably carnage fueled style.

Aaron Sweeney headed up to Saffron Walden to do a bit of test shooting for an idea with a couple of the Volcom lot…
Shot with the 5D stereo rig, posted with Neo3D and FCP. 3D shot, edited and graded by Tom Rochester and it all looks great.
Theres a wee Alex Lally cameo, too.

Stand Up Skate Shop, the new London based retail venture from one time Three Amigos activist Kev McKeon, will be opening in the capitol very soon, boasting a shop team of Mauro Miguel, Tim Prozorov, Aaron Sweeney, Kevin McKeon, Nicola Del Sarto, Marcus Adams and Alex Lally.

To get the team together for a skate ahead of the shop launch, the entire Stand Up crew headed on over to the rarely skated Parkland Walk ramp and filmed this little clip. Watch on…
