All of the hand-painted decks that were on display at last weekends Skateistan Fundraiser at Wharf Chambers in Leeds are now up for auction on eBay, so get your wallet out, support an amazing cause and pick up a unique piece of skate art in the process!

Decks currently on sale feature one of a kind artwork from Graham Watson, Jordan Pogger, Jon Horner, Jenna Lee, Helen Entwisle, Dave Tyson, Toby Walker, Sami Grey and Martyn Hill, with the remaining three boards getting auctioned off at an upcoming exhibition in Liverpool, organised by Russ from Salem Rages.

Remember the LA X Thrashion collaboration we mentioned a little while back? Well the auction to own this unique series of handmade jewelry crafted out of recycled skateboards will be going live on August the 1st on the SkateGirlInternational Facebook Page, with all proceeds going towards a number of good causes.

Howies mini ramp auction for Skateistan – get involved!

After six years of entertaining the Howies team and passing friends, the powers that be at Howies have decided to auction off their mini ramp with all proceeds going to the amazing project that is Skateistan, giving kids in Afghanistan an opportunity to escape their daily lives through the outlet of skating.

Bidding’s already started over on eBay – the ramp is currently on £432.93 – and is set to end on Bank Holiday Monday. In addition to the ramp, the folks at Howies have also got together this attractive bundle for the winning bidder…

- A signed Mike Carroll Girl deck (7 7/8″) & bundle from Form Distribution

- A pair of shoes from Vans (well – a form to send away for your preferred size & style)

- A custom skateboard setup of your choice from Shiner Distribution

- A years subscription to Sidewalk / Kingpin magazines from Factory Media

- A hand-printed lino cut by Droog79

Whether the winning bid is £5 or £500, the ramp gets skated and some kids in Afghanistan going through a tough time might forget about their troubles for a while through the medium of skating.
