Remember the video clip of Chris Oliver, Denis Lynn and Nick Remon hitting Liverpool in search of suitable terrain to rebuild at this years Relentless Energy NASS festival? Well, the powers that be over at Relentless have been slaving away trying to incorporate as many of the spots they visited as possible into this years course, and the finished designs can now be seen below!

“Road To NASS 2012″ – Bristol qualifier this Saturday!

The Bristol “Road To NASS” comp will be taking place at Dean Lane Skatepark this coming Saturday, June 9th, so get yourself along from 2pm to bag your share of the £500 prize purse. Details as follows…

City – Bristol
Venue – Dean Lane Skate Park

Time: Amateur – 2pm / Pro – 3:30pm

Relentless NASS 2012 – “Street Spots” search with Oliver, Lynn and Remon.

Superdead and Vans team-mates Chris Oliver, Nick Remon and Denis Lynn hit up Liverpool a few weeks ago in order to scope out legendary Scouse terrain to rebuild at this years “Street Spots” comp at the Relentless Energy NASS Festival.

The trio spent the sun soaked day cruising through the city, hitting up various spots they think would work well as part of this years course. Check the video of their mission underneath, then be sure to check out the “Street Spots” area at NASS to witness the carnage first hand!

“The Road To NASS 2012 – Round 1″ – North Berwick, this Saturday!

The first “Road to Relentless Energy Drink NASS 2012″ jam kicks off this Saturday 14th April at The Space in North Berwick.

There will be £500 for tricks of the day as well as tons of product from Santa Cruz and Independent

The NASS mob will also be holding a video contest for filmers out there. Head on down and put out an edit for the jam, the best ones will go into a final vote with the winner receiving a free weekend at NASS and the chance to work with the Sidewalk/NASS film crew. Remember watching the Brazilians, Ben Grove and Rob Smith tearing the epic handrail and stair set a new one at last years NASS weekender? Well, you’ll be pleased to hear that Relentless are bringing their “Street Spots” event back to this years festival, this time based around the rugged skateable terrain of Liverpool.

Sidewalk, along with Dub and Ride BMX, will be scoping out potential spots to rebuild for the course across Liverpool with a collection of heads over the next few weeks, with videos of the missions going live in early April, so you lot can see what’s been going on.

Relentless NASS 2012 – increased prize purse and dates announced!

Time in 2012 is quickly passing by, so it should come as no surprise that info regarding this years Relentless NASS Festival is starting to appear in our collective inboxes.

Firstly, make a note of 6th-8th July, as those are the confirmed dates for the annual get-together at the Bath and West Showground, then start gathering those spare pennies as tickets for the weekend are now on sale!

Also, it’s been announced that the skate ‘street’ prize purse is now set at £18,000 – that’s a whole £6,000 more than 2011′s comp – with the returning ‘street spots’ prize purse also getting raised to £5,000.

Relentless NASS 2011 – Tickets on sale next week!

Tickets for this summers Relentless NASS weekender will be going on sale next Monday, February 7th, so get those pennies at the ready and clearly mark out 8th-10th July on your calenders.

This year sees World Cup Skateboarding return to the Bath and West Showground for the second year running, a brand new street course, the infamous Goliath set up replaced with something only described thus far as “big”, five stages of musical entertainment and much more!
