It Takes Tea – The RIP Edit

After almost 3 years, Paul Silvester and co’s Radworx park in Blantyre, Scotland, has had to prematurely close its doors this month due to burst water pipes.

To give the park a fitting send off, Silky has made one last “It Takes Tea” edit, this time mixing up some of the laughs and best tricks that went down at the park over the last few years – watch on below, featuring Colin Adam, Paul Silvester, Tom Harrison, Danny Jack, Josh Young, Barney Page, Adam Paris, Daryl Dominguez, Darryl Nobbs, Emily Russell, Ross McSherry, Arron Wilmot, Martin Maguire, Scott Anderson and more.

Paul Silvester’s Radworx set-up in Blantyre is due to close thanks to its current building getting knocked down, so expect to see a few more of his infamous “It Takes Tea” edits over the coming weeks to make the most of the place before it’s gone for good. Don’t panic though – Paul and the Radworx lot have got plans to relocate to larger premises in the near future.

Anyway, the next Tea based edit sees Martin and Macphee squeezing out a couple of bags to fuel a hectic session – get watching below, and keep an eye out for more soon!

It Takes Tea: The Radworx Mini Comp edit!

Paul Silvester held a BBQ/mini ramp jam at the Radworx TF the weekend before last, raising £200 on the day to go towards the upkeep and upgrading of the set up. Despite the Livi Fun Day running the day before and taking a fair few heads down, plenty of keen Scotsmen made the trek to Blantyre, including Kerr, Shezz, Dunder, Adam Paris, Aarom Wilmot, Emily Russell and others.

Radworx mini ramp jam and fundraiser – 27th June

Paul Silvester is holding a mini ramp themed get-together and fundraiser at the Radworx TF, Blantyre on June 27th, with comps for under and over 16s, and an afternoon long jam.

Entry will set you back a fiver, which also includes a burger and bottle of water or mug of tea, and there’s prizes up for grabs from Nike SB, Vans, Ipath, Independent, A Third Foot, Creature, Volcom, Spitfire, OJs, Creature and Rogue.

Paul Silvester has opened the doors of his Radworx TF to various members of the Vans and Nike SB UK teams for brews and biscuits tonight, so sack off whatever you were planning to do, get down to the Blantyre unit and enjoy some tea-fueled skateboarding from the likes of Colin Kennedy, Manhead, Andy Scott, Ben Grove, Tom Harrison and more!
