Camp WESC returns to Truro in August – book now!

Mark Baines and co will be heading back to Truro in August for the third annual summer Camp WESC!

The weeks available are:
12th-16th August, and
19th-23th August.

Booking is now open with places available for both guys and girls aged 11-18, so act fast if you want to get involved! As ever, some of the UK’s top pros and ams will be on hand throughout the entire week to help you with all your tuition needs, and each camper will receive a a goodie bag full of skate product from the camps sponsors.

The price for each week is only £380 all in, so head on over the Camp WESC site and book now to avoid disappointment!

WESC took over Hull’s Subculture Skate Plaza for their Easter Camp last week, which saw WESC riders Mark Baines and Nicky Howells joined by Paul Regan, Jody Smith, Dave Snaddon, Danny Beall and various others as they coached local youths and eager kids from all over the country.

Back in August, Camp WESC headed once again to Truro for the second year running, this time for and extended two week stay. Matt Hirst’s edit from the ever popular camp is now online, featuring Jason Lewer, Manny Lopez, Mark Baines, Tom Knox, Nicky Howells, Paul Regan, Danielle Gallacher, Nick Remon and all of the campers.

Camp WESC UK 2012 – week 2 starts on Monday. Book now!

The first week of this years Camp WESC is almost over, but fear not as the second week is all set to kick off on Monday, so if you were hoping to get involved with this years camp but haven’t quite got round to booking it yet, you’ve still got time!

Once again, the camp is primarily based at Truro Plaza with Mount Hawke nearby in case of any sudden outbreaks of rain, with accommodation and catering being handled by Truro School. In attendance for both weeks will be the likes of Mark Baines, Paul Regan, Ashley Hall, Daniel Kinloch, Dan Beall, Nicky Howells, Nick Jensen, Nick Remon, Joe Gavin and Barney Page, as well as some no doubt last minute additions.

2012 will see the second year of Camp WeSC UK, and after the success of last year’s week long event, Mark Baines and co have decided that 2012′s camp will be extended to 2 separate weeks, with 35 spaces available in each week.

Once again, the camp will be primarily based at Truro Plaza with Mount Hawke nearby in case of any sudden outbreaks of rain, with accommodation and catering being handled by Truro School. Camp WESC UK with Mark Baines and Benny Fairfax – Truro, August.

Mark Baines and Benny Fairfax have been working hard on this one for a while now, but it was announced late last week that the first ever UK “Camp WESC” will be taking place in Cornwall this August. Having already proven to be successful in Europe over the last few years, WESC are hoping to gather up to 60 people for a five day camp in Truro, with accommodation, coaching, daily sessions at the Truro Plaza, meals, 24/7 supervision and a bunch of WESC, Blueprint and DVS gear thrown in for the £380 sign up price.

Confirmed tutors for the five day camp include WESC riders Mark Baines, Benny Fairfax, Wieger Van Wageningen and Josh Young, with friends Paul Regan, Danny Brady, Paul Shier, Jody Smith and Daniel ‘Snowy’ Kinloch also in attendance.

If you fancy passing on a week of your summer holidays skating one of the UKs finest street plazas with some of Europes leading pro’s, then you’ll probably want to be signing up to this now before it fills up!
