Back in September, adidas Skateboarding and Lost Art joined forces to help properly launch Chewy Cannon’s debut colourway shoe.

Hold Tight Henry was on hand to film the days events, the footage from which is online and ready to be viewed right now! More hype lifted from the Lost Art site…

This Saturday sees adidas, Palace and Lost Art bringing you the goodness for our boy Chewy. Apart from a skate with the adidas International team along with the UK lads and the Palace boys, expect loads of good shit down at The Camp with ledges galore and much more. Later in the evening, get your shit together for a screening of the International video, then a non stop party into Hip Hop obscurities with loads of free beer from the Trefoil hype train and the beats provided by our mates who are a bit good, y’ano?

Local Hip Hop Stalwarts No Fakin’ have been been steadfastly purveying Hip Hop in the UK since ’97….putting Liverpool on the Rap Map with shows with Public Enemy, The Pharcyde, Lootpack, Wu Tang Clan and many more. For the Chewy Cannon shoe launch party they will be teaming up with their More Bounce brethren DJ Digit, hot off the heels of shows with Large Professor, Cormega, Homeboy Sandman and Tanya Morgan….expect a funked out, all encompassing turntable knees-up deep rooted in Hip Hop.

Now anyone that knows what we are about can already see that we are going to kill it with this shit and EVERYONE knows that Lost Art parties always deliver on every motherfucking level, so you better be coming with some good excuses if you ain’t already there. Feed on a weed and we’re feeling high.

Right then, you know straight away that this one is going to kick off!

The release of Chewy Cannon’s long awaited shoe from adidas Skateboarding is taking place on the last Saturday of the month, and Chewy has decided to round up the Palace crew and take the party to Liverpool so Mackey and the Lost Art boys can take care of the proceedings properly!

The day starts out with an afternoon jam at New Bird from 1:30pm, followed by the shoe launch and premiere of the adidas International video in the shop, ending at the afterparty at the Camp and Furnace where the bar with have ledges and whatnot laid out for all to skate!

As Mackey says “you’re playing yourself if this ain’t on your ‘to do’ list”. Keep an eye on the Lost Art site for more details and hypeshit over the coming weeks…
