Ryan O’Neile and the combined MonkeyBird and Wireless crew headed do to Cork from Belfast for a night session at Nicky O’Keefes new facility, Cork City Skatepark.

Ireland’s latest depository of skateboard media, the super productive Skate Eire, have just dropped their first The General edit, featuring Zero and Volcom rider Gav Coughlan powering through the winter months at Cork City Skatepark.

Also featuring appearances from Sherburt Dipdab, Brian Corscadden, Brian Esmonde, David Stevenson, James Carroll and Peter Murphy.

DC UK’s “St Patrick’s Weekender” – Hughes, Smith, Eades…

For this years St Patrick’s Day, select members of the DC UK crew headed over to Ireland to session a few parks with latest addition to the squad, Jart am and Limerick native Cian Eades.

The fourth and final installment of our “Shiner Ship Tour: Ireland” video is now online, focusing on the last demo of the tour at Touchwood Skatepark in Cork.

See below as the worn out crew descend upon Cork’s indoor playground, with Nicky Howells, Denis Lynn, Jake Collins, Josh “Manhead” Young, Conhuir Lynn, Stu Graham and a guest appearance from Limerick’s own Cian Eades.

The “Shiner Ship” crew landed back in England/Scotland/Wales last night (well, apart from Conhuir and Denis) after the week long mission around various parks and spots in Ireland. Keep an eye out for footage, photos and more from the trip soon!

It was Belfast-a-gogo on our second none demo day of the tour – afternoon busts, evening photo missions and a last night drinking session at Lavery’s were all in order. Peep the snaps, more to follow…

The “Shiner Ship Tour” – day five blog

Following the Touchwood demo on Sunday night, the Shiner crew spent the evening in Cork before heading north for a return visit to Dublin and Greystones, then venturing even further arriving back at Hotel De Clynn in Belfast this evening/morning depending on which way you look at it.

The demo leg of the trip is over, so lets see what the next few days have in store for us…

Denis and Stu - today was definitely the day after the night before for these two. Cork got messy...

Maps are fun and Jake can be a menacing little shit at times.
