Danny Brady isn’t really a “w*nker”, but the casual manner in which he pretty much sleepwalked through his first proper section in Blueprint’s “Lost and Found” definitely made most call him one out of sheer envy.

Dan Magee and John Fisher’s edit of Nike SB’s “Go Skateboarding Day” in London is now out and about on the world wide web, featuring Sean Malto, Wieger, Kroahn Gayle, Tom Harrison, Chris Jones, Snowy, Youness Amrani, Lewis Marnell, Tim Zom and others as they head out around the city in the rain, ending the day with a final send off to BaySixty6′s current set up.

As the Forum/Instagram/Twitter/Facebook lurkers out there will already be aware, Dan Magee officially parted ways with Blueprint Skateboards last week following a fifteen year stint at the creative helm of the company…

“A few years ago, I decide to invest a skate business, that I felt would secure my future working in skateboarding and help push Blueprint & its riders forward. Ironically, certain events meant this investment had the opposite effect of my original intentions. As a result, I was not able to work on Blueprint with the same passion I used to have. Although this transition has been ongoing over the past two years, recent events have helped me to decide that it’s time to officially move on from my 15 years as Creative Director at Blueprint and concentrate on ‘the day job’. Thanks and respect to all those who have been involved with Blueprint along the way and all those that had my back when I needed it. Thanks to Paul Shier who continues to run the brand, as he has during my last couple of years on ‘hiatus’. I still hope to film, work in and be involved with skateboarding on a freelance and personal level for years to come. Audi 5000. Dan Magee”

“Don’t Sleep” – Blueprint Skateboards and friends in Scotland (c.2005)

Dan Magee has uploaded a short film, entitled “Don’t Sleep”, comprised of three lost reels of 16mm film, shot on a Blueprint Skateboards trip to Scotland back in 2005 following the release of “Lost and Found”.
