‘Doing it for Bingo’ jam. R-Kade Skatepark, Redcar – Feb 10th!

You should all have this one clearly marked out in your diaries anyway, but in case it’s somehow happened to pass you by, the annual get-together and Sunday afternoon shred for Steven ‘Bingo’ Binks is all set to take place this coming Sunday, February 10th, at Redcar’s new-look R-Kade Skatepark.

The session will run from 4-6pm and, thanks to the kind sponsors of the jam, entry for the two hours is free for all!

At 7pm the park will be holding a screening of ‘Sons of the North’, the fourth Mischief Skateshop video by Bingo, featuring previously unseen footage from Adam Stoddart, Reece Hunter, Oliver Barnes, Lee Rozee, Kev Dawson, Gordon Skrezka, Andy Harker, Danny Calow, Matt Quinney, Ian Ashley, Dean Boyle, Jimmy Hart and friends.

Attendance is obviously mandatory for this one – get yourself over to Redcar and have a skate for the big man!

The annual get-together in memory of the big lad himself, Steven “Bingo” Binks, is nearly upon us, this year moving from Five Bridges in Gateshead over to R-Kade Skatepark in Redcar on Sunday February 10th, for a skateboarders only session running from 4-6pm. Thanks to the kind folks at Real and Spitfire, the two hour session will be free for everybody, so head on over to Redcar and have a Sunday shred for Bingo!

Following the session, the park are also holding a special screening of the fourth full length Mischief shop video ‘Sons of the North’, which Bingo had been working on for five solid years and was so close to finishing. Featuring never before seen footage from the likes of Adam Stoddart, Reece Hunter, Oliver Barnes, Lee Rozee, Kev Dawson, Gordon Skrezka, Andy Harker, Danny Calow, Matt Quinney, Ian Ashley, Dean Boyle, Jimmy Hart and friends, you know this one is going to be a genuine North East banger!

Keep an eye on the Facebook group for updates and all the rest, but for now I suggest your clear your diary for February 10th and get your travel arrangements made – you’re not going to want to miss this!
