Monster Network “Twenty” – full Essex scene video here!

The latest Monster Network production is here! Russ Cowling, along with filming assistance from Channon King, has come through with a 24 minute voyage into the Essex scene in the form of “Twenty”. Instead of releasing this one on DVD, Russ has decided to pass it on to us, to exclusively share with you lot completely free of charge!

As with previous Monster Network productions, Twenty features a solid soundtrack, a pleasant mixture of Super8 and VX footage, and plenty of newness from the likes of Sam Juner, Simon Burlo, Macy Peach, Nick Remon, Frank Stephens, Channon King, Carl Wilson, Dave Watson, Veran Tull, Danny Jack, Adam Howe and Dave Davies, alongside cameos from plenty of other East Anglian faces.

The Essex skate scene spent a full weekend from the 24th-26th August skating all over their county to tick the boxes of many tasks set for this year’s “Lords of the Swords”. Over 20 teams hit the road this year proving just how popular this comp has become.

The final selection of videos are now available to watch on the Crossfire website, so go get watching! To make it clear, 10 teams are in the Main Comp and 3 teams are in the Pro Comp. Yes, there will be two winners from this week’s chaos so don’t forget to vote for both comps.

If you don’t know how this works then pay attention, it’s very easy. Watch the videos and vote for your favourite edits by ‘liking’ them. The team video with the most ‘likes’ at 7pm on Saturday 29th September will be crowned “Lord of the Swords 2012″.

James Harris recently accompanied the UK Independent Trucks team on a weekend jaunt to Essex, hitting up some DIY concrete, indoor parks, backyard ramps and the occasional bit of street along the way, ending with a session at Saffron Walden.
