Hannah Horn’s “Creeping Death” exhibition launch – tomorrow.

Having recently collaborated with Altamont and Death Skateboards, London based artist Hannah Horn launches her “Creeping Death” exhibition at the Wayward Gallery this coming Thursday.

“101 Skateboards” exhibition launch – Nation of Shopkeepers, this Weds!

No, Natas’ legendary company is not back from the grave, but “101 Skateboards”, the project of Welcome family member and Leeds resident Geordie type Melissa Farnie, will be on show at Nation of Shopkeepers, Leeds, this coming Wednesday.

Making use of snapped, old and battered decks, “101 Skateboards” will be on display in the bar all night, alongside Sidewalk approved band Best Friends who will be playing live as part of the launch party for the new issue of Vice Magazine.

Magnificent gent, Sidewalk alumni and photography legend Wig Worland alongside Kingpin’s Alex irvine are exhibiting a load of Stockwell Skatepark history along with the following artists: French, Fos, Lovenskate, Wig Worland, Adam Johns, James Thompson, Martyn Thomas, Alban Connell, Craig Scott, Alana, Lawrence Ferguson, Ngusucker, Alexander Bartsch, Tim Tutak, Tristan Tutak, Solo One, Tizer, Shucks One, Nik Jones, Eyefeelsick, Mylon Domican, Thomas Slater, Kyle Platts (Earth Pain), Scott Madill, Jamie Arghh!, Alex Irvine, Stevan Shanks, Vaughan Baker, Alan Christensen, Winstan Whitter, Gorm, Oscar Murray, Chris Johnson, Matt Gold, Bob Smith, Jonny Haywire, Ross Gilbert, Adrian Downie & Tony.

The “Out Of Stock” exhibition celebrates the culture of Stockwell Skatepark, and the photography, film and art give an insight into this legendary space dedicated to inner city youth. Three framed one off prints will be on sale at the gallery, with the proceeds donated to Kids Company, a South London charity helping vulnerable inner city children.

The exhibition is only open to the public until August 28th so get down there quick!
