Going against the current trend of big budget, HD skate productions, Troy West has decided to take the art of skateboard video making back to basics, documenting his travels from Barcelona, through Europe, Asia, the UK, Mexico, America and Australia on a simple point and shoot style camera.

The resulting video, “Gypsy Life”, should be getting released online in the not too distant future, but until then, get yourself a taste of things to come by giving the teaser a watch below.

Featuring Rees the Piece, Dane Burman, Troy West, Horsey, Dean Palmer, Adam Moss, Danny Dicola and more.

The sixth, Berlin focused issue of Henry Kingsford’s “Grey” magazine is now online, so, if you missed out on snatching up a print copy, here’s your chance to catch up on what the London lot have been up to lately. Awaiting this issue is a full Sylvain Tognelli Interview, special extended Portfolio section, Tom Knox “Up” and Simon Evans “Luminary”.

As you’ll be aware if you caught yesterdays blog post, Dan Cates found himself at the ONE at Slam City Skates opening party on Saturday with “Euro Trippin’” crew members Ali Boulala, Vaughan Baker and Horsey, joined this time around by Chad Muska and latest Supra signing Stevie Williams.
