Footage from the final event of the 2011 Ladies Skateboard Series is now online, featuring all the highlights from the second annual “Peaches and Cream” jam at Transition Extreme, Aberdeen.

Last weekend saw the Ladies Skateboard Series 2011 wrap up with the second annual “Peaches and Cream” jam taking place at Transition Extreme, Aberdeen.

Lucy Adams, Helena Long, Lois Pendlebury, Danni Mellor, Emma Richardson and all the regular faces were in attendance, alongside Scottish locals Lauren Kate MacCallum, Heather Cheyne and Natalie Edgar.

All you budding female skaters out there, you’d better get your diaries out and take note of the following dates, as the second annual “UK Ladies Skateboard Series” is now in full effect!

The Manchester “Phoenix Night” jam already took place on Saturday, with the following comps lined up for the coming months…

22nd/23rd October: UK Champs – Hemel Hempstead XC Skatepark.

19th November: Peaches n’ Cream – Transition Extreme Skatepark, Aberdeen.

The final jam in Aberdeen will also include an art exhibition and workshop, as well as female skate tuition.

The second stop of the 2010 Ladies Skateboard Series took place on Saturday night, in the freezing cold surroundings of Central Skatepark, Manchester. The after-hours jam saw all the usual suspects roll into town, plus a handful of new faces coming along to shake the proceedings.
