For the sixth year on the trot, Volcom Stone are bringing the transition based madness to Munich’s ISPO tradeshow, with the invitation only Hauling A$$ets mini ramp contest running from February 3rd – 5th.

With €6000 of prize money on the line, a total of 50 skaters will be battling it out over the three day event which sees a best trick jam on the Sunday, the main Hauling A$$ets comp on the Monday and a Senior Wheelers veterans comp on the Tuesday.

There will also be a live webcast of the Sunday and Monday so be sure to keep an eye on that if you can’t make it to Germany to witness the carnage in the flesh!

Following the carnage last time around back in September, The Ledge Tradeshow is set to return to the London Olympia in January with another two day mini ramp spectacular, including a shop battle, girls comp and best trick jam with serious loot on the line.

In addition to this lot, Osiris are also on the hunt for a UK flow rider so impress the right folks with your tranny skills over the course of the weekend and you could find yourself receiving free shoes on the regs!

Dave Chesson is once again organising the sponsored/pro mini ramp comp at the annual StreetFest in East London on Sunday 29th May, and, as with last year, the comp is limited to 20 entrants, so if you want a stab at the prize money on offer you’d better act now!

Vans “Off the Wall Spring Classic” results and first edit

The UK contingent returned from Vans “Off the Wall Spring Classic” mini ramp comp in Varazze, Italy, yesterday, holding down five of the six top spots between them!

Marseilles local Guillaume Mocquin walked away with a well deserved first place, followed by Ross McGouran, Greg Nowik, Trevor Johnson, Josh “Manhead” Young and Jake Collins, who all placed second to sixth respectively! Andy Scotts’ board got lost in transit, though his one run of boneless variations on a borrowed set-up saw him still finish up twentieth. Knucks all round!
