Hot on the heels of his amazing debut Panoramic Series clip the other week, Philip Evans is back today with another unique take on skateboard filming and editing, this time around featuring Dublin native, Zero and Volcom rider Gav Coughlan as he hits up various spots around Ireland ‘in 3D’.

Format Perspective mastermind Philip Evans is back once again with another visually interesting project in the form of the Panoramic Series.

Shot completely in Panoramic using a set of photographic print filters and painted filters, the first episode is waiting for you below and follows Bellows and adidas rider Daniel Grönwall as he hits the streets of Stockholm.

“Bowl Jazz” – Irish DIY radness from Philip Evans.

During the early months of summer, a collection of heads set about turning an abandoned Irish room into a DIY spot under the working title “The Bray Bowl”.

A few clips and photos have leaked out here and there, but to mark the bowls recent completion, Philip Evans invited jazz musician Max Zaska over for a session to improvise some live “guitar-drumming” to the skating that was happening. Check out the resulting “Bowl Jazz” clip underneath, with Rob Moss, Gibbo, Finn Merrins, Brian Corscaden, Ciaran Hughes, Gav Coughlan, Shane Wheelan, Rich Gilligan, John Dillon, Patrick Bateman and Sherbert Dipdab.

“Welcome To The House Of Mob” – Philip Evans solo show info

Dublin local Philip Evans is all set to launch his solo art show “Welcome To The House Of Mob” on Friday June 11th at The Boardroom, Greystones. As it says on the flyer, there will be new works and a permanent mural on display, as well as beers, buns and beats on the night. The show will remain in Greystones for one week, so make sure you catch it if you get the chance!
