Switch Skatepark (formally Rosy’s Surf N’ Skate) in Derry put on an epic Halloween jam last weekend, which saw a massive turnout from local youths and Northern Irish rippers aplenty.

All the Irish heads out there that are hoping to get involved in some Samhain festivities might want to head to Derry on Friday 28th October, as Rosy’s Surf N’ Skate are set to hold their 2011 Halloween Jam!

Expect fancy dress and best trick comps, with entry setting you back £6, £1 of which goes into a pot for the prize pool.

We start your week off right with the second part of our ongoing “The Shiner Ship Tour: Ireland” video! See below for all the action from the second stop of the tour at Rosy’s Surf N’ Skate in Derry, and a brief early morning visit to Bogside.

Featuring demo carnage from Stu Graham, Denis Lynn, Jake Collins, Josh “Manhead” Young and Conhuir Lynn, with a guest appearance from Jay Dords.

War Of The Shamrock 2011 – this Saturday, Derry.

All you Irish heads reading this, take note – the annual War Of The Shamrock competition returns this coming Saturday, March 19th, to Rosy Surf n’ Sk8 in Derry, so make the appropriate travel arrangements, get yourself along and show some support!

As ever, the day will comprise of a series of best trick comps dotted around the park, with additional prizes for whoever kills it the hardest throughout the day.
