‘For The Kings’ – RIP The Boardroom edit from Get Lesta.

So this last weekend saw The Boardroom in Leicester close its doors for the final time, as the King family (that’s Dave,Tina and Vicky) left the indoor skatepark game to concentrate their efforts on Tilt Coffee House.

The Get Lesta crew decided to give the King’s a fitting send off by filming one final clip in the park, the fruits of which are online right now.

Have a look below to see what Shumba King, Eric Thomas, Mike Simons and the rest of the crew got up to during the parks final days, and massive props to the King family for their continued dedication to the Leicester scene.

The Boardroom Skatepark in Leicester has been closed for a brief spell whilst Dave and co upgraded the set up following their recent £1,000 win from the Route One “Free Skate Day”.

The park is now open and fully functioning again, so Callun Loomes headed on down with some of the Get Lesta regulars and filmed a quick clip on the new layout.
