The first edit from the spot is now live and can be watched below, featuring the likes of Flynn Trotman, Phil Parker, Jason Lewer, Syd and many more – watch it, then be sure to cast your vote for Fifty Fifty and help them win a $2,000 party and a further $1,000 to help improve their spot.

Skateport Skateshop opening – March 31st, Southport.

Southport’s Skateport Skateshop is all set to open is doors on March 31st, with a day full of signings, demos and events.

At 11am there will be signings and giveaways at the shop, before heading over to Southport skatepark at midday for demos from the DC team, Ben Grove, Eddie Belvedere, Andy Scott, Jake Anderson and others. The Skateport crew will also be keeping an eye out for local talent to put on the shop team, so be sure to get yourself in the mix.

The infamous Slam City basement is about have another makeover, this time around from new tenants Vans. The official opening of the Vans X Slam City takeover will be taking place this coming Thursday, March 8th, showcasing the Vans Pro Skate range and highly coveted Vans Syndicate line, alongside an all new “Selected Memory” exhibition of photography from Greg Hunt.

All the fun and whatnot kicks off at 6pm – get there if you can!
