Sore Skateboards brilliant Reprobates DVD is now online and in full for a limited time only, so don’t hang about and get watching raw Leeds street bangers from the likes of James Foster, Mike Arnold, Guy Jones, Lee Rozee, Brendan Harrap, Ali Watson, Sam Moss, Rory McKenzie, Robbie Tattershall, Aiden Blaymire, Ben Lister, Charlie Comrie, Jason Brown and various Yorkshire based friends now.

Vince Orr’s Leeds based Sore Skateboards premiered their first full length video “Reprobates” last weekend, which will be available from selected stockists in the very near future as well as online through the Sore site right now.

To further build the hype, Vince has just uploaded low key Wakefield ripper Brendan “Brenna” Harrap’s section – watch it below then start anticipating full parts from James Foster, Guy Jones, Mike Arnold, Ali Watson, Lee Rozee, Rory McKenzie, Bruce and the rest of the crew.

Serious NBD’s are getting logged left, right and center, Leeds is alight with rumours and the Sore boys are working around the clock in order to wrap up “Reprobates”, their first full length production.

The premiere has been set for 2:30pm on October 13th at the Hyde Park Picture House, with tickets on sale now priced £3, so all you Leeds heads need to pick up tickets now before they’re all gone.

Welcome’s second birthday and “Skate Pub Quiz” – Leeds, July 7th.

Welcome Skateshop in Leeds are celebrating their second birthday this coming weekend, kicking off the festivities with an epic “skate pub quiz” at Whitelocks, which can be found in Turks Head Yard just off Briggate.

Get your team together now, then get to Whitelocks for 7pm on Saturday night to exercise your skate knowledge and be in with the chance of winning some cash prizes.

Welcome x ATF x Sami Graystone – “Street Meat” launch blog online now!

Last Friday night saw A Third Foot, Leeds artist Sami Graystone and Serious Sam Barrett take over Welcome Skatestore for the launch of ATF’s new “Street Meat” board series.

Free beers were sunk, a selection of Sami’s artwork adorned the walls, Doug McLaughlan’s new “Street Meat” promo section was played on loop, and Serious Sam knocked out a full set of his trademark Yorkshire-Folk bangers!

Keep an eye out for a full write up from the evening in the Folklore pages of the next issue, but for now, browse a selection of photos from the night, shot by Gregory Adams. Sami’s work will remain on show in the shop for the next 6 weeks, so be sure to drop by if you’re passing through town.
