Vans European “Shop Riot” Finals 2011 – footage online now!

Jim Cravens edit from this past weekends Vans European “Shop Riot” Finals 2011 is now online, with all the action from Cosanostra Skatepark, Paris.

Eleven shop teams from around Europe were invited to battle it out in the finals, though it was Manchester’s The Black Sheep who eventually took the top spot on the podium, earning themselves a guitar each and three thousand Euro’s prize money in return.

That’s right, after taking care of business at the UK leg of the competition in Blackpool a few months back, on Saturday Manchester’s The Black Sheep team represented the UK at Vans’ European “Shop Riot” finals in Paris, coming first in the main comp with Rob Smith also earning himself a separate injection of cash in the best trick event!

Big ups to Rob, Eddie Belvedere, Nick Stansfield and Ollie Tyreman. Check the snapshots of the winning rabble below, and keep an eye out for footage from the weekend which should be on the interweb in the next few days…
