Go Skateboarding Day at X-Site Skatepark, Skegness.

X-Site Skatepark in Skegness are getting involved in this years Go Skateboarding Day proceedings on June 21st, offering up skate jams with Death boards on the line, and a free screening of ‘Ordinary Madness’.

Entry will cost you a mere £2 and doors open at 3pm – get involved!

Monster employee and The Merrics local Chris Simpson headed over to Skegness last weekend for the 2011 UKSA Mini Ramp Champs and shot us a blog of the proceedings.

This past weekend saw the UKSA Mini Ramp Champs returning to it’s familiar surroundings of X-Site Skatepark, Skegness, with the girls taking care of business on Saturday, and sponsored and unsponsored types going off yesterday afternoon.

UKSA National Mini Ramp Champs – Nov 12/13th – Skegness

The winter events calender is slowly filling up again, with the announcement about the fourth annual UKSA National Mini Ramp Champs taking care of the weekend of November 12th and 13th for most.

Returning back to its home of X-Site Skatepark, Skegness, the Saturday will see the Girls Jam taking over the ramp at 4pm, with unsponsored and sponsored sessions making up the majority of Sunday’s schedule as heads from all over the UK battle it out for the title of “UK Mini Ramp Champ 2011″.

As winter rapidly takes over the country, the events calendar is quickly filling itself up. Be sure to mark off the 13th and 14th of November in your diary now, as X-Site Skatepark in Skegness will be playing home to the third annual UKSA National Mini Ramp Champs!

As ever, Saturday will be based around the Girls Jam, and the Sunday will see a whole load of sponsored and unsponsored types dusting off their tranny skills and getting involved to fight for the title of “UK Mini Ramp Champ 2010″.
